Welcome to The Bluestem Properties Clubhouse — your ideal destination for gatherings and celebrations! Our spacious Community Center boasts an expansive pool deck, complete with comfortable lounging chairs and a refreshing swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and leisure. Step inside to discover inviting seating areas designed to foster conversation and connection. The clubhouse features a cozy fireplace, game tables for engaging activities, and ample space for socializing. For those special moments, a large screen TV is available to showcase reunion highlights, making it the perfect venue for the Reunion Meet and Greet Reception with your fellow alumni.
Join us for the kickoff celebrations on Friday night starting at 6 PM until 11pm. Feel free to bring your own beverages, but please note that glass containers are discouraged on the pool deck.
A delicious food truck menu will be available for FHS Class of '86 alumni and their guests at an additional cost. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided for all attendees. Swim at your leisure and enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities throughout the reception!

With spacious areas designed for large gatherings, in-house bar services, and professional security screenings for private events, our venue is the ideal backdrop for any occasion—be it casual or formal. Having opened in the autumn of 2025, we are fully equipped to host your next memorable event.
Join us in celebrating the FHS Class of '86 at an unforgettable private dinner party reunion! Tickets must be pre-purchased to secure your spot for this 5pm to 8pm exclusive event.
Prepare for an evening brimming with live music and dancing that promises to be memorable. Festivities will commence at 5 PM with a delightful cocktail and appetizer social hour, perfectly setting the stage for our delectable Midwestern barbecue feast at 6:15 PM.
Join us at 8 PM for our "Crash the Reunion Party!" All former FHS alumni, school staff and '86 alumni are warmly invited to attend free of charge until 11 PM. Throughout the night, indulge in a cash bar featuring a diverse selection of refreshing drinks and adult beverages.
