Chantelle L. Haase, 49, of Denver, Iowa, died June 4, 2017, at Allen Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa.
Chantelle was born Feb. 19, 1968, to James and Sylvia (Schaffer) Hawkins in Fremont.
She is survived by fiancé, William Dauchenbaugh, Denver, Iowa; daughter, Cassandra (Daniel) Burchard, Fremont; sons, Coletyin (Nikki) Haase, Pender, and Cwintyin Haase, Fremont; brother, Tony Hawkins, Fremont; sister, Anita (Ronald) Schroeder, Columbus; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Monday, June 12, at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. There are no other services.
