Financial Goals for the 2026 Reunion
Our primary financial goal is to ensure a successful and memorable Fremont High School Alumni Reunion in 2026. We aim to cover all essential expenses through careful budgeting and fundraising efforts. The specific financial target to achieve this is a total budget of $8,000.

Estimated Reunion Expenses
Here's a breakdown of the estimated expenses for the reunion. The major cost categories we are considering include venue rentals, catering, entertainment, and event materials. Venue facilities are the main component for costs.
- Venue Rentals: $4,000 (PIF 9/10/2025)✔️
- Event Materials (decorations, printed materials, etc.): $500 (PIF 2/08/2026)✔️
- Professional Photographer & Media: $600
- Professional Catering: $2,500 – increase Ticket Sales cover fees
- Entertainment: $1,000 – currently seeking sponsors

Fundraising Activities and Revenue Streams
Even though momentum has slowed for upfront funding requests from our fellow alumni, we continue to welcome donations from those eager to contribute. We extend our heartfelt thanks to those who have already donated; your generosity serves as a motivating force for our upcoming summer reunion weekend.
Initiative Plea July 2025 to present
To achieve our reunion budget, the Reunion Committee is actively pursuing various fundraising initiatives and revenue sources. Currently, we have secured $4,000 in Private Benefactor Contributions for the Reunion Fund. We will be promoting additional fundraising opportunities to alumni through the prominent green fundraiser button, as well as our website store and regular email updates. These efforts aim to help minimize the out-of-pocket costs associated with "Reserved Admission" ticket prices.
Transparency and Progress Updates
The Reunion Committee is committed to transparency and is actively working to ensure a successful event. We will share more details in the coming months as they are finalized and ready for announcement – see below .
We have carefully calculated the pricing for the venue facilities to provide a fair and reasonable celebration space for all attendees. We are proud to collaborate with local businesses for our entertainment services, guaranteeing high-quality experiences while supporting our community. Additional expenses, such as decorations and catering, will also benefit local businesses within the Fremont area of Dodge County, Nebraska.
Although some venues will have associated costs, many activities during Reunion Weekend will be free for alumni attendees, with a limited number of complimentary tickets available. All events are organized in partnership with local businesses and are proudly hosted by the FHS Class of 1986 Reunion Committee. We can't wait to create an engaging and unforgettable reunion experience!
